Fork-tailed Flycatcher: February 23, 2008

Louisiana: Ironton

Fork-tailed Flycatcher

The Fork-tailed Flycatcher on Feb. 23 was seen in late morning and again at 3 pm at the antenna location. Each time it flew to the "town" of Ironton, just down the road. I photographed it at the corner of Division and Bradish Roads in Ironton which is accessed by turning left just south of the antenna and going to the first intersection. It was seen there several times on the 23rd.
